Bryan Mancill Moves Into the College Ranks

CNSF alumnus takes a position at Lindenwood University

Hello All!

My name is Bryan Mancill and I have been a part of the Chris Nedelcovych Soccer Foundation as a scholarship recipient since 2008. I have recently completed the USSF B License in Lake Forest, Illinois and got my results last week; I am proud to say that I have received my B License! It was a long, hot week filled with lots of running and playing but it was well worth it to get the license and more importantly the knowledge that comes with it!

While in Lake Forest I got a message from a friend that I have known for the past 3 years through different courses that I have taken through the NSCAA. He asked me if I would be interested in taking over his role as Assistant Women’s Coach for Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. After the course was over I went down to St. Charles to visit and meet the head coach and have since accepted the position starting in the fall. Lindenwood University is an NAIA school that has just been accepted into candidacy for division II. I am excited to take a new step in my coaching career and to be able to work with a school with the reputation for both athletics and academics that Lindenwood University has.

I would like to give a special thank you to the Nedelcovych family as well as to Larry Paul. If it was not for this scholarship opportunity I know that I would not be anywhere near where I am now in my coaching career. They have provided me with the opportunity to take these courses, acquire the knowledge that I have, and maybe most importantly make the contacts as well as the friends that I have made through this whole experience!
